This was a special class recorded  for video with the instructors of The Yoga Workshop and the students that completed 30 days of Mysore practice. This is a good example of Richard Freeman’s Level 2 classes. We had a special class because his classes are too crowded to fit a camera in the room. Click below for a sample of Richard teaching trichanasana.

Style: Yin Yoga

Description: This class offers a progression of yin poses, such as seated shoelace or cow’s face, and dragonfly. Yin is a practice for long, healthful living, and in it we relax our muscles. In this way we situate the skeleton so that it is gently pulled apart, and healthy stress can fall upon the bones, the fluids, the organs, and connective tissues, stimulating connectivity and radiant health throughout our whole being.
